David is a Western PA/Eastern Ohio native. Raised in Center Township, Beaver County, PA, he relocated and graduated from Poland Seminary High School in Poland Ohio in 2003. He then attended Northern Kentucky University with focus on business management. His career in real estate began in 2006 with Howard Hanna as a licensed sales agent. In 2007 David joined Ed Cline Appraisals as an appraiser trainee and office assistant.
Over the next seven years, David learned the ins and outs of multiple aspects of the real estate industry; areas of focus included management, leasing, maintenance, investments, and appraisals.
In 2014 David became a certified residential real estate appraiser in Pennsylvania and Ohio. He currently resides in Poland, Ohio. His coverage area for appraisals is Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull Counties. He is an FHA-approved certified residential appraiser and he has specialized in manufactured housing, REO, and rural housing.
In 2018 David became an Ohio licensed sales agent and has been expanding his real estate expertise into Easter Ohio with a focus on multi-unit properties, investment properties, and appraisals
