Dawn brings with her a wealth of experience, 15 years worth!  She gives back to her professional association, having served on the local real estate association Board of Directors for two terms as well as holding many committee positions.  She has also achieved the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Her specialties include property management, residential real estate, investment properties, and neighborhood HOA management.

Dawn is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BSBA degree.  She is married and has nine children (I know, WOW, right!).

In January FHA decreased its annual premium by 50 basis points.  This reduction has helped fuel the increase in new loans, which can also be attributed to an improving economy and falling delinquency rates.
